Which Pokemon can not be traded by the GTS

Because of a Ribbon a something of that nature. I know Mew has a Ribbon like that but who else does?

Korean events can not be traded.

Some mystery gift events that give out pokemon might be holding ribbons.These pokemon cannot be traded.Also, if you hack a pokemon into your game,for example:keldeo,meloetta,genesect, these pokemon cannot be traded too. (HOPE THIS HELPS)!!!
