Is Infatuation considered a status ailment?

Yes, but it is a secondary or volatile one, like confusion, so it can be used even if the target already has a basic status ailment: Sleep, Freeze, Paralysis, poison, and Burn.

Yes, Speed freak is right. I was just stating that you shouldn't make the Best Answer given to the user that needs points?
I do not mind not getting best myself, but in the future the rules of the site say to choose the best, because points are not that important.

Infatuation is considered a status ailment, but not a major one. Meaning the move Hex will do normal damage.
