Hi,how do i get Azuril in emerald?

The only way to get an Azuril in Pokemon Emerald is to breed. In order to breed for Azuril you must have a Female Marill/Azumarill hold the Sea-incense and breed it.

You can find Marill in the following places in Emerald: Route 102, 104, 111, 112, 114, 117, 120, Petalburg City, Safari Zone

so, where do i get the sea incense, i don't have it

you can get the sea incense easily by dropping from the cracks from the top floor in Mt. Pyre.
it will be in an item ball.
