I went in Route 222 in Platinum and this Fisherman wants a giant Remoraid.
What does he mean by giant Remoraid?

There is another house on the beach just to the right of the Pikachu Fan Club. This house contains a fisherman who has a dream that a Trainer would bring him a giant Pokémon. He will give a prize if the player shows him a large Pokémon of his request.

If you catch a Remoraid and show it to him he will give you a prize which is a net ball a type of pokemon used to catch bug and water type pokemon (HOPE THIS HELPS) :)
