what happens when i defeat zekrom in n's castle in white

It will keep reappearing until:
1. You catch it.
2. You run out of Poke Balls.
3. All your Pokemon faint.

If you have no poke balls left or if all your PC boxes are full then you can catch it again at dragon spiral tower.
