How about Gyro Ball? Registeel has pretty low speed. And Rest is too risky. Hammer Arm Might be good too, for lowering his speed for a super powered Gyro ball.

EDIT: Wierd, trns out, Registeel cant learn gyro ball.

WHAT!? THE FATHER OF ALL STEEL TYPE CANNOT LEARN GYRO BALL!

Nintendo is definitely receiving a STRONG letter about this BS.

But If he could, I've gotta admit, he would absolutely abuse a Curse+Hammer Arm+GYRO BALL set!
(Let me calm down before I freaking....!)

Try this moveset:

Earthquake: Deals with Fire types, high power, high accuracy, double damage against foes using Dig.

Aerial Ace: Decent Power, doesn't miss, used to deal with Fighting types.

Ice Punch: Decent power, high accuracy, chance to Freeze, used to deal with Ground types.

Flash Cannon is good unless you have higher Attack, then get in Iron Head.

Edit: Swampert is right. Replace Flash Cannon with Gyro Ball. You could keep Aerial Ace or get in Hammer Arm, your choice.

Edited Edit: Never mind if Registeel can't learn Gyro Ball.

Registeel @ Choice Specs

Trait: Clear Body

EVs: 252 HP / 252 SpA / 4 Spe

Modest Nature (+SpA, -Atk)

  • Flash Cannon
  • Focus Blast
  • Thunderbolt
  • Hidden Power Ice

Flash Cannon is STAB, and nails Rock and Ice types for good damage, and other things for neutral nice damage.
Focus Blast hits Steel types, and has pretty good coverage.
Thunderbolt hits Water and Flying types for that nice damage, and has good power.
Hidden Power Ice hits Ground types as they switch in.

Amnesia and Iron-defense combine to give you insane defensive stats. Seismic-toss is for damaging. Toxic is for stalling.
