Meta Battle Subway PokeBase - Pokemon Q&A

Why are Dragon types so hard to train than regular pokemon?

Their levels just go so high just to get to the final stage.

Because dragon types have a lot of power they are harder to train. Pokemon that evolve at later levels are powerful. For example a caterpie that evolves into it final evolution at level 10 isnt really that good(in stats) but with Deino that fully evolves at level 64 has very high stats.
