Is it possible to get a shiny pokemon in the pokemon dream world and then it'll be shiny at the entralink when you catch it?

You have the standard 1/8192 chance of catching a shiny from the Entree Forest.

Befriending the Pokemon from Dream World simply sends that Pokemon's information to your Black/White game, where you catch it from Entree Forest, where you have the normal 1/8192 chance at finding a shiny.

So technically, it isn't possible to catch a shiny Pokemon directly from the Dream World, but indirectly through the Entree Forest.

Nope, you cannot recieve shinies from the Dream World.
