OK, if there two Starly facing off in a battle in Pokemon Platinum, and they are the same level and they both have the same speed stat. Both use Quick Attack which would go first, my Starly, (I don't have one) or the foes Starly?
lets say that that is randomly decided by the computer in your game so it's a 50-50 chance one will hit first.
