I traded for a lvl. 100 shiny voltorb how can I evolve it into electrode? I know it is supposed to evolve at level 24 but it is lvl 100, how am I supposed to evolve it?

Sorry, you cannot evolve pokemon at level 100 because it needs to level up to evolve. It's stuck as Voltorb forever!

Is there a cheat to fix this? This guy seems to really want a ELECTRODE.

Sorry,speed freak,it is stuck as a Voltorb forever.I don't know if there is a cheat or not to evolve it,but if there was,I really wouldn't
use it.They mess up your game.
