how do i trade pokemon? is there a special nintendo wfc place like in diamond? if so, where is it?

Are you talking about the GTS(Global Trading Staition), the Wi-fi room, or the room where you can trade with people who are right next to you? All three are located in the upper part of every Pokemon center(Aside from the one in the Pokemon league).
