Wow, um, this is a relatively bad moveset. Solrock is the all-out physical attacker in the Cosmic Rock Duo, so be sure to stack up power and hard-hitting attacks, which is what you've done in the case of Stone Edge.
I'm gonna say it right now: Facade is a gimmick. It's purely novelty and for showing off, and otherwise, it's a pretty terrible attack unless you're inflicted with an ailment. The only time you should have Facade is on a Pokemon that you know will fall victim to Synchronize, or a Pokemon with the Guts ability. Just replace it with Return for a normal-type attack, or Zen Headbutt for effective STAB with flinching.
Stone Edge is awesome! Just keep yourself form using it too much, seeing as it only has an 8 PP cap, once you put PP ups on it.
Heal Block is extremely situational. There are seven recovery attacks in the game: Rest, Synthesis, Roost, Morning Sun, Moonlight, Softboiled, and Milk Drink. Heal Block ONLY blocks these seven attacks. Get rid of it, since you'll barely use it. Replace it with Will-o-Wisp for a status ailment and Attack Crippling.
Finally, you can get rid of Cosmic Power. Why bother with a buff that raises Special Attack (Even though the Special Defense boost can be useful.)? Replace it with Explosion, so you can murder an opponent that's about to KO you.
Solrock is a Physical Sweeper through and through, mostly because it doesn't have the defenses to Wall, or the Special Attack to be a Special Sweeper. Just give it some strong STAB, a practical tactic to use, and Explosion for a suicidal last-resort.
EDIT: Oops, I got confused between Calm Mind and Cosmic Power. Even still, with Solrock's minimal bulk, there's no point in trying to make yourself bulky.
