I actually don't know if you can get arceus at all if you get all of the plates. I also want to know the answer to this question in platinum version too.
Arceus can not be caught in Gen V. But a Dream world Arceus event started today. That and transferring one from a Gen IV game are the possible methods of getting an Arceus in Pokemon Black/White.
