Yea it wont let me water my berries
You can only water berries when the soil is not moist. If the soil is a dark brown color then you can't water them. Wait a day or so and the soil will lighten, then you will be able to water your berries.
Click on them and select Water.
When You First Plant The Seed, They Wont Need To Be Watered But After Some Time You Will Be Able To Water Them. Hope This Helps.
