Dusk Balls are great, even better when you play at night. Paralyzing him helps, along with putting him to sleep and frezzing him.Ultra Balls can be excellent too, if you don't play at night. After a lot of turns, Timer balls can be good too. Get him to as low health as possible, and you can get him. Im sure you will.

If I can't put it to sleep and the other ones you said which pokemon do I use Empoleon Lv 57, Luxray Lv 54, Noctowl Lv 55, Glisor Lv 55, Gallade Lv 56, or Dusknoir Lv 57?

Empoleon is best, but whichever one has the highest defense and health, so they can last along time while you throw ultra balls, dusk balls, and later, timer balls. Your Luxray has spark right, That has a good parylyztion rate(parylyzes often.)

Basically have lots of strong pokemon and try and get its HP as low as possible and make it paralyzed or put it asleep have a lot of dusk balls, ultra balls and timer balls. have around 30 of each use 20 of each and make sure you keep the timer balls till last thats how I caught mine!!
