What does Lure Ball even look like in Gen V?

The Lure Ball looks exactly like the Lure Ball in Gen IV, except the part of the Ball where its Green is actually Blue in Gen V. Basically a color change like you said.

Source: Transferred a Pokemon caught in a Lure in Gen IV to Gen V and looked at the result.
