In platinum I want a pokemon with fling and I want to keep a bunch of heavy items for it to throw. I want to know the best and easiest obtainable item, something you can get again.

Well, Iron Ball does the most damage (130)
The Hard Stone and Fossils (all sorts of stuff ffrom the underground) gives you 100.
So probably the fossils.

That last part is incorrect. The person you fling the item at does not obtain the item.
