I'm trying to get some items in there but every time I walk two steps a stupid Axew or Boldore comes and ruins my day! HELP!

I wouldn't use Max Repel, I ended up finding a Shiny Boldore in there while I had Max Repel on so don't use them. I quit using them a while ago.

Usually when you are Underleveled, The Max Repel won't take Effect because the Wild Pokemon outspeed it. What I suggest is to get a Fast or high leveled Pokemon on the First Slot to fix the issue. If this doesn't work, your Game is glitched because of your use of AR, or just a pure glitch.

Your max repel will not work if the level of the Pokemon which is the first one in your party is less leveled than the wild Pokemon that appears.
