Question

I have a really slow ditto that has quick powder but I also have a quick claw that has helped my Emboar loads of times, which would you say will make more of a difference? (Of course I'll be using items to help)

quick claw doesn't ALWAYS work, so i would go for quick powder.

thanks, but from past experience quick claw has helped me more than quick powder so I'm still not sure
