How can you tell if your Pokemon has Pokerus on Emerald?

Look here for the answer.
Basically, Nurse Joy tells you and there's a symbol that says PKRS on the Pokemon's Summary.

Yes nurse joy tells you when you heal your pokemon. A trick is keep on healing your pokemon at the pokemon center until they have it.
