Mine knows:

Thunderpunch: Deals with Water types, decent power, chance to paralyze, high accuracy.

Ice Punch: Decent power, chance to freeze, high accuracy, used to deal with Grass and Ground types.

Hammer Arm: High power, decent accuracy, Regirock has low Speed already so lowered Speed won't have much effect, used to deal with Steel types.

Stone Edge: STAB, high power, good chance for critical hit.

Regirock Curse set

EVs: 252 HP / 64 Atk / 192 SpD

Careful Nature (+SpD, -SpA)

• Earthquake
• Curse

Stone Edge is good STAB, and makes Regirock able to check Flying types reliably.
Drain Punch gets some extra coverage, and the healing it gives (especially after a few Curse boosts) is really nice.
Earthquake is excellent along with Stone Edge, creating the infamous EdgeQuake combo, which is rarely seen resisted.
Curse boosts Regirock's already decent attack stat, and already excellent defense stat to even higher levels.

DO NOTE: This set works best with the support of the ability Sandstream by boosting Regirock's SpD by 50%, which it greatly appreciates..

Trick Room support as well as Sandstorm is nice, can be used without it as well though.
Stone Edge for some nice STAB, Drain Punch is a nice edition, covers a few types.
Earthquake gives good coverage as well.
Ice Punch gives nice coverage, Stealth rock is to set up those annoying hazards that ruin the metagame.
