You can use an X accuracy, it will raise your accuracy by one level.
Wide lens will raise accuracy by 10%.
Zoom lens will raise accuracy by 30%.
Hone Claws, raises accuracy by one level. (Credit to Josh) The Attack boost is pretty useless though as Inferno is a Special move.
If your Pokemon is Victini and it is in in your party accuracy increase. (Credit to Pwnyta)
