Mine has the ability Unaware. It knows:

Super Fang: Halves opponents health.

Amnesia: Increases Sp. Def. Bibarel has low Sp. Def.

Return: Bibarel was one of my first Pokemon, so it is really happy. High power, STAB, high accuracy.

Waterfall: Good power, high accuracy, decent chance to cause flinching, STAB.

Waterfall is STAB. Curse is for boosting. Amnesia is for boosting. Stealth-rock is an entry hazard but if you already have a Pokemon for that use Return for STAB. I have done alot of damage with this guy.

• Work Up
• Aqua Tail
• Return
• Quick Attack

Work up boosts Bibarel's attack, making it do more damage, obviously.
Aqua Tail is STAB, and should to decent damage when plus2.
Return is secondary STAB, and has a pretty good base power because of STAB.
Quick Attack is to finish off things, because Bibarel really doesn't like taking hits.

• Amnesia, It's a great boost if you'r up against a special sweeper.
• Defense Curl, for physical sweepers and to power up Rollout.
• Waterfall, high power with STAB, good coverage.
• Rollout, with good enough defense you can reach far.

Second Bibarel
EVs: 252 Atk 128 HP 64 Def 64 S. Def
Nature: Brave
Item: Life Orb/Leftovers
Ability: Simple
Moveset:

• Waterfall, high power with STAB. good coverage.
• Skull Bash, power with STAB, and great with bonus Defense.
• Curse, great with Simple.
• Amnesia, same as last.
