1. If you make your pokemon to have power bracer and then get a egg,
   will the pokemon from the egg get IV or EV from its parents or

2. Where should you place your pokemon with flame body/magma armor
   to hatch twice as fast?(first, middle(to make more eggs in contact) or doesn't matter)

1. If you give a Pokemon a power bracer you will get IV's from the Pokemon who has holding the power bracer. So if a Ditto was holding the power bracer the egg will get IV's from the Ditto.

2. It doesn't matter flame body and magma armor do the same thing, put it anywhere in your team.
