Whenever I tried to catch Terrakion,the idiot,he ran out of moves and used Struggle.The same thing happened with my Emboar when he ran out of moves,but none had full health when they used Struggle(in red).I was wondering,will Struggle take all of your pokemon's health when it currently has 100% health.
