There is no way to obtain Munchlax in the Wild on the Gen V games. You will have to Breed a Snorlax holding a Full Insense to obtain one.

During the season of Summer, you can trade a Cincinno* with a person in one of the houses in Undella Bay with a Munchlax holding Leftovers.

You can get a Munchlax from a man in one of the houses in Undella during the summer. You trade a Cinccino for it.

Actually, that is the best question ever if I could vote I would vote for it. I got my munchlax in black and white from an in-game trade. I beat the pokemon league in black and white with that munchlax. When you get it its a level 60. Tell you who to get it from when I have the time to look it up in my game cause I forget who I got it from.
