i know you can have a total of 510, but what if you get more EVs? Will other EVs be deleted or will the EVs you would obtain not do anything?
once a pokemon's EVs are maxed, it just stops gaining EVS, so it would keep its existing EVs, and be unaffected by the new EVs
None will get deleted. They just won't apply.
