Can you EV train a level 100 pokemon?

You can EV train at level 100 on Black and White, but not on other games.

So the stats can go up by EV training without evolving?
The EV doesn't stack?

If BW, yes.
And what do you mean by stack?
Also, you've never had to evolve the Pokemon to give it the EVs, just level it up.

yes. you can still battle pokemon and get evs, but you won't get any exp.

exp isnt the same thing as evs
