Mine knows:

Crunch: Good power, high accuracy, decent chance to lower defense, STAB.

Fire Blast: High power, which makes up for Skuntank's lower Sp. Attack, deals with Steel types.

Rock Smash: 50% chance to lower defense, deals with Steel and Rock types.

Poison Jab: Good power, good chance to poison, high accuracy, STAB.

Life Orb and EVs make this awesome Pokemon hit pretty hard. Aftermath is for the dying damage, and since most Ground moves are Physical, they'll be taking some damage. Night Slash can crit, and Poison Jab can poison. Rock Smash is for those Steel types that are just laughing at me, and the Defense lowering is nice :D Toxic works well with this set, since the constant Defense drop can seriously tick people off, force a switch, and give this guy a chance to poison, making an even more annoying situation. Ragequit team anyone?

He's got some Nice Hp, but not the nicest Hp, with about 40 Ev's he's bulky enough to take something neutral while setting up Hone Claws.

Hone Claw's attack boost jacks up Sucker Punch.
The Accuracy boost helps Roar,

And Poison Jab is Powerful STAB, you don't need setting up for.
