Where can you find a Feebas in Pt.?

I can't find him Anywhere in MT.Corenet but it says he is there...

Use OLD ROD in the big lake in Mt. Coronet. Only four spaces have feebas, and they change every day.

Old Rod is the only Rod that catches Feebas in Platinum.
