What is LC and how does it work?

I know it is a tier but that it's about it.

LC stands for Little Cup. It is a tier where NFE, or Not Fully Evolved Pokemon, go. (Ex. Mareep). It's not as strong as other Pokemon, but if you practice with it, you'll eventually get strong and sometimes maybe even beat a stronger tier, like OU.
