Can you get a magby in pokemon ss/hg?

I was looking in the radio and it oak said you could capture magby in the burned tower. Is it either in ss or hg.

They are not available in the wild. You need to breed them from Magmar or Magmortar. Magmar can be found at the Safari Zone or Burned Tower.
