Outrage with a Persim Berry would be great because of the high attack. The Persim Berry would get rid of the confusion.

Draco Meteor and Dragon Pulse are both better alternatives.
However, you'll most likely want to go with Outrage if you're keen on using a physical one.

If we pick either Outrage or Dragon Rush, will only have 3 moves. The way it works would be 3 moves then the last move would be "Outrage/ Dragon Rush"
