Well, every time you interact with one of your Dream Pokemon, a Dream Ball appears in your bag. So, in a way, you can get multiple. If you mean that you can get more than one Dream Ball per Dream Pokemon, then no. Also, you cannot bring the Dream Balls out of Entree Forest to capture wild Pokemon not found in Entree Forest.
