Where is the shop at Shimmer Hill? EOT

I want to steal from a Kecleon cuz i enjoy being a criminal :3 also, is there any other place that has shops in dungeons cuz i just wanna get to him already!!

hahaha. once I completely emptied out one shop and sold all my crappy items.  i stole a pure seed and warped to the exit.  DERP.  that was a 10000 poke profit.

There isn't always a Shop in every dungeon. There is a chance for a shop to spawn, but it is not certain. I once accepted a mission for Mystifying Forest just to steal valuables from Kecleon and I didn't find one at all :(

They appear at Waterfall Cave onwards. (Bulbapedia.)
