By secerts, did you mean secrets? If so, then what kind of secrets? Do you mean like hidden objects, secret passage ways, rare pokemon, rare items, special events, or what?

According to legend, Mt. Coronet is where the Sinnoh region began. Arceus created Dialga, Palkia, and Giratina at the Spear Pillar, as well as the Adamant, Lustrous, and Griseous Orbs, then fell into an unending sleep on the highest point of the mountain. -Bulbepedia

• You can get Dialga, Palkia, and Giratina.
• Feebas is only found in Mt. Coronet

@Dr.Flame I'm not sure how but Spring Path will open up off of Route 214 (I don't know the requirements). You then walk through and it will show you to a hidden lake that is was kept a secret. Then there is an entrance to Turnback Cave where you navigate through it to get Giratina.

Yes you CAN. but after you get the nat.pokedex
It is not in the sinnoh pokedex like pt but in nat.pokedex
Same goes for Phione and Shaymin

You cant get shaymin without the event, and Phione can be obtained before getting the Nat. dex by trading a manaphy and breeding

I was saying that Giratina, Phione and Shaymin can't be registered in DP Sinnoh dex(http://pokemondb.net/pokedex/game/diamond-pearl )
but still can be caught and will be registered in Nat.Dex

That is in D/P.

You find them @ 47 in Turnback if you defeated the origin form in the D-World.

@Mr.PokemonMaster Technically, the level 47 Giratina is in the Distorted World and after defeating it or capturing it, you enter a portal that teleports you to the entrance of Turnback Cave in Spring Path. Note: The level 47 Giratina is only in Platinum
@Mew Yes. There is a level 70 Giratina at Turnback Cave. This is only in Diamond and Pearl post National Pokedex. I'm not sure but maybe in Platinum if you accidentally defeat it.  Not too sure though. Comment if I am right or wrong.
