Why cant i trade my are Zekrom and Arceus?

They are the ones from the events. I tried to trade them over GTS negotiations and all it says these pokemon cant be selected.

Event Pokemon with those special Ribbons (which is basically every Event Pokemon), cannot be traded over GTS.

Source: I have tried many times and i have read it on Bulbapedia.
