Question

I'm trying to find Mewtwo in pokemon leafgreen and according to the profile on him he's supposed to be in Cerulean Cave but I have no idea where that is. Please help?

It is in Cerulean city. If you go north over the bridge, there is a river. Surf on the river south back towards the city. Then go west when you come up to the city. The cave will be there.

Also note that you need to have beaten the Elite Four to be allowed in there.

Only in HG+SS do you have to worry about that.  Generation one games you need to beat the Gym leaders to challenge Elite Four  anyways.
