Question

I have Pokemon White and I am training a Zweilous and I would like to teach him Aqua Tail!? I need 8 blue shards to teach him the move from the move tutor... but which move tutor? and how do I get 8 shards?

Please help me!!

1. You have to buy shards from Black City so you can't get them in White unless you trade.
   
   
   1. There are no move tutors in Black/White only in Black/White 2.
