Question

This might seem like a question with an obvious answer, but it has been 90 damage for as long as I've known. Now it seems like it does 120 damage? I haven't really used Outrage since my Extremespeed Dragonite (which I will have a question about) had it in Crystal. I want to know so I can tell if it is now worth Safeguard.

As of the 4th generation, it has a base power of 120.

I'd say go with dragon pulse. It has almost as good power, without the risk of confusion, or being locked into using the same move.

Prior to generation 4 it had power 90, but from Diamond/Pearl it is now 120 base power.

I bet after you finish the new features you'll be #1 again. I've seen some of the questions asked before I went on this site. You seemed to answer almost every one (and speed freak asked so many more questions back then. Now he isn't on as much, nor is DarthDestiny.)
