What is a good moveset for Mesprit?

Actually my least favorite of the human helper trio or whatever they are called. Unlike my Uxie, mine is EV trained in Sp. Attack. Mine does however have low defense. It knows:

Psychic: STAB, good power, high accuracy, chance to lower Sp. Def.

Signal Beam: Decent power, chance to confuse, high accuracy, used to deal with Dark weakness.

Shadow Ball: Good power, high accuracy, decent chance to lower Sp. Def, deals with Ghost type weakness.

Charm: Used to compensate for my Mesprit's lower defensive stat. Also is good otherwise.

Psychic-Good power, STAb

Signal beam-like you said

shadow ball-like you said

Refelct-I think refelct will do better because people switch out so much in battles, stat lowering moves don't work very well when used on their opponent, you could use it to get a free switch out of them, but it's very difficult to predict when they would switch.

Item: leftovers
Ability: Levitate
Nature: Timid
EVs: 252 S.Attack, 252 Speed, 6 Hp

Charge-beam
Psyshock
Shadow-ball/Ice-beam
HP(Fighting)

Charge-beam Boosts Special Attack and provides decent coverage. Psyshock is STAB. Shadow-ball is for coverage over Ghosts and other Psychics while Ice-beam would be to make a mini-bolt beam combo. HP(Fighting) more coverage.
