Even though Slowbro is commonly used in UU, who said he couldn't be put to use in OU? Slack Off with Leftovers with Regenerator makes his healing power amazing. Scald and Psyshock are his to attacking moves. Thunder Wave to cripple opponents, but you could go with Toxic. You go Bro!
