Surprised? Well I am training from scratch (hatching from egg) the Pokemon I use on my teams to be perfectly EV trained seeing as I wasn't very picky when I first had them seeing they were my main teamates. Now however, with the exception of a few which are well EV trained (Charizard, Snorlax, Milotic, Jolteon, and Typhlosion are the few that come to mind) I am getting a new generatin of powerhouses. These will be movesets I am planning. I plan for this one:

Sunny Day: Increase Speed and charges up Solarbeam.

Solarbeam: High power, high accuracy, STAB, charged by Sunny Day.

Sleep Powder: Puts the foe to Sleep.

Psychic: Good power, high accuracy, STAB, chance to lower Sp. Def, deals with Poison type weakness.

The moveset I made revolves around fixing his low speed dilemma. He's got power, but his speed means he won't get a chance to attack. So I used a combination of stun spore/sunny day to activate his abilty and double his speed, while cutting the opponent's speed. Making him a viable sweeper. You could also consider making him a trick roomer, but I think that's too predictable on him. Leaf storm if good, but it'll make him useless if his power goes too low. He'll take too much damage from the opponent to be able to handle recoil from Hammer arm as well.

Ancientpower-decent power, covers 4 weaknesses

Sunny day-speeds him up, god forbid if a fire type comes out.

Solarbeam-solarbeam is probably better here, for obvious reasons.

Stun spore-slows the foe down, works well with sunny day and his ability

To me at least, he doesn't have the speed to use psychic. If he has something weak to psychic, it's probably faster than him. if it's to cover a weakness, he'll get hit first, and he doesn't have the defenses to take a hit.

Here I am, just give my answer and not the best.
Sunny day and Solarbeam are good moveset, there's a lot of alternate choice for grass type like Energy ball, Wood hammer, and Leaf storm, but Solarbeam better. Sunny day will give you 1-turn Solarbeam, but you will get a lot of trouble against fire type. Sleep powder are good too, but I prefer to choose stun spore cause its speed was down! And psychic will better choice for Exegutor...

Lum Berry with Harvest. This protects you from status really. So you can just use Rest, and the Lum Berry will wake you up right away. Trick Room will make up for its poor Speed, and you can use this guy as a Trick Room setter on your Trick Room team. Psyshock and Giga Drain are there for STAB. You won't need Speed nor want it since it is using Trick Room. The EVs maximize your Special attack and give it some bulk.

SolarBeam and HP Fire make for Great use in Sunny Weather!
And Psyshock is great STAB and covers Special Walls.
While Synthesis gets great use in the Sun if you can time it right.
