I'm planning to actually use my Special moveset for Scizor. But I don't know what the required IV's are.

Base 59 Power

Base 59 power gives you more speed and defenses in exchange for a Special Attack IV:

Rock:

31/31/30/29/30/30
30/30/31/29/30/30

Water:

31/31/31/28/31/30
31/30/30/28/31/31
30/31/31/28/31/30
30/30/30/28/31/31

Ground:

31/31/31/28/30/31
30/30/30/29/30/30

Just change it on PO to the correct type, and it'll change to best possible automatically.
But I can show you:

Rock: Hp 31, Atk 31, Def 30, Sp. Atk 31, Sp. Def, 30, Spd, 30

Water: HP 31, Atk 31, Def 31, Sp. Atk 30, Sp. Def 31, Spd 30

Ground: HP 31, Atk 31, Def 31, Sp. Atk 30, Sp. Def 30, Spd 31

Hope I helped ;D

ok, well if you don't want to do the math, you can go to a certain person in each game to see what type it is:

The type of Hidden Power can be checked in Veilstone Game Corner's prize house in Pokémon Platinum, the Celadon Game Corner in Pokémon HeartGold and SoulSilver, and in Mistralton City's Pokémon Center in Pokémon Black and White. There remains no in-game way to determine the power level directly, however.

By the way.... this is for Pokemon Online, where you can actually EDIT the IVs and type. Thanks anyway. I don't play main series much anymore. And I knew about this.
