What is a good OU mixed wall that works well in sand?

I'm looking to replace ferrothorn on this team, as he just doesn't work for me. Please provide moves, EVs, nature, item, etc. Also, if possible, please give Pokemon that are not weak to/resist grass and fighting types.

No, hazard setting is not a requirement

what about Donphan?
if you max out his sp.def hes not a bad wall
please comment and i will edit in ev, attacks, ect.

Why Special Attack? Do you mean Special Defense?
