can you reset sketch move maybe if you accidentally copy growl when you want roar
and can you sketch two same move like 2 close combats

Nope, once you use it once, it disappears.

It enables the user to permanently learn the move last used by the target. Once used, Sketch disappears. -Bulbapedia
