How do you evolve Nincada into Shedinja?

Simple, make sure you have a normal pokeball in your bag and an open slot in your party. Then get Nincada to level 20. Source

What if your nincada is over level 20? (mine is like level 30 when i caught it)

you can,just level it up,but if you used everstone you can't evolve it
