for future reference don't put "question" in your question. Why would you be posting something here that isn't  question?

Based on the text in your question, you seem to know how to Poke-Transfer so I won't give any instructions for that. (Darkgoku's answer provides that anyway) So, I think this set of instructions will help you.

1: Poke-Transfer Moltres from Heartgold to white.
2: Play the mini game and catch your Pokemon.
3: You now have a Heartgold Moltres in White.
4: Now, wait until B2 is released in Italy.
5: Beat B2 and head to the Poke-Transfer lab.
6: Poke-Transfer Moltres from white to B2.
7: Done! You have an HG Moltres in B2.

you go to the trasfer lab between the bridge and black city
there in the lab you will need two ds talk to the man at the end
with the second ds have in a gen4 game and go on ds download play
then you choose 6 pokemon to transfer -you cant transfer back
you play a little mini game where there are loads of bushes and you have a sling shot and pokeballs
the pokemon you picked will jump in and out of the bushes -if you dont catch them in the time limit (i think its 2 minets ) the ones you dont catch will be returned to your gen4 game
it will then ask if you want to transfer more yes or no then thats it i think -the pokemon will appear in your box .so u can transfer from gen4 to gen5 but you can never transfer back that pokemon to your gen4 game.you can trade from gen 5 to gen5.that means you can transfer from ur white to black.

After you have transfered the Moltres to White, there is no need to transfer it to Black 2 or White 2 because you can trade between two games if both games are from the same generation.
