Witch Items aren't allowed in tournaments?

Usually items that are "chance:, such as Quick Claw or King's Rock are banned.

Items that lower accuracy, such as BrightPowder are also usually banned.

Finally, any item that you can't get in the actual video game is banned, such as a Custap Berry.
