Question

I'm going to EV train in HP and Sp. Attack. I'm thinking for moves:

Psychic: STAB, good power, high accuracy, chance to lower Sp. Def.

Baton Pass: Passes on Calm Mind and Substitute.

Calm Mind: Raises special stats, stat boost can be passed by Baton Pass.

Substitute: Allows Espeon to use Calm Mind and can be passed by Baton Pass.

You Cant Have A Sweeper and Pokemon that passes stats with baton pass in one pokemon. Well, Look At These:
Sweeper: Shadow Ball(Good move), Calm Mind(Set up By Subsitute), Subsitute(Sets up Calm Mind), and Psychic(STAB).

Passer(Powers up and passes it): Calm Mind(To Pass), Reflect(To Passs, and help set up calm mind), Toxic(The Damaging move here) and Baton Pass(What Did You Expect?).

So what stats would you have to EV train for if you were going to make Espeon a Passer? I would think Sp. Def & Defense, so he could have a little survivability while you does Calm Mind
